The Charles Blim home is a 2 ½ story brick colonial revival style home built in 1925. The front is dominated by a central protruding gabled entry with a single door having a wooden fan detail over the door. The entry is flanked on either side by a large fixed pane window with transom, flanked by one-over-one double hung sash windows. The second level has two evenly placed one-over-one double hung sash windows flanked on either side by one-over-one double hung sash windows.

The Helen Hughes home is a 2 story frame Queen Anne style home built in 1894. The front has a central fixed pane window with transoms and flanking one-over-one double hung sash windows. The second level has two evenly placed one-over-one double hung sash windows. A small porch extends off the south end and leads to a recessed single door entry. The house is topped by a t-shaped end gable roof.

The A.E. Vance home is a 2 ½ story frame Queen Anne style home built in 1891. The house has an enclosed wrap craftsman porch supported on brick piers. The second story is articulated by evenly paired one-over-one double hung sash windows. The house is topped by a front gable roof. A square bay protrudes from the south side.
